This is the second time of ordering these bags and the quality remains spot on. Although the delivery wasn't anywhere near as long it was still 2 weeks from order placement to delivery and the choice of UK courier should be changed without question! No real complaints just room for a little improvement on the delivery side of things. Staff are always helpful if I use the web chat!

Although I cannot fault the customer service or the product the company does need to keep people informed better of any issues with delivery as my products were over a week late. Fortunately I was able to manage without them but I was not told of any delay until I contacted them on two occasions. Apart from that the service was fabulous. Thank you BagsXL!
